300 Level - Intermediate Classes

Our 300 level classes focus on intermediate concepts in Tango, Milonga and Vals.

T - Tango    V - Vals    M - Milonga

T301 - Musicality II: Dancing to Rhythmic Tango Music
This class will focus on dancing to different rhythmic orchestras such as D'Arienzo, Canaro, Biagi, Tanturi, Donato, and Troilo.

T302 - Musicality III: Dancing to Melodic Tango Music
This class will focus on dancing to different rhythmic orchestras such as Pugliese, Di Sarli, and Fresedo.

T303 - La Calesitas II: Planeos

T304 - Sacadas II: Back & Side Sacadas
A Sacada (displacement) is when one dancer steps into the space that their partner just vacated. In this class, we will look at Internal and External Back and Side Sacadas for both men and women.

T305 - Paradas y Pasadas II

T306 - Giros III: Dynamic & Single Axis Turns
This class focuses on more dynamic Giros (turns) and Single-Axis Giros in which the man and the woman share a single-axis which they both share as they go around giving the appearance of spinning.

T307 - Barridas (Arrastre) II: Int and Adv Drags
In these classes, we will examine Intermediate and Advanced Barridas.

T308 - Boleos II: Intermediate Circular Boleos

T309 - Ganchos II: Intermediate Ganchos
In this class, we look at intermediate Ganchos and Leg Wraps.

T310 - Paradas y Pasadas II

T311 - Volcadas I
A Volcada is when the woman is lead completely off of her vertical axis to lean forward into the man with her free leg floating forward.

T312 - Colgadas I
A Colgada is when the woman is lead completely off of her vertical axis to lean away from the man. The man also leans back to counter-balance the woman. 

T314 - Adornos (Embellishments) II
Advanced adornos (embellishments such as Enrosques.

V301 - Vals II
In this class we will look at intermediate ideas to express the rhythm of Vals.

M301 - Milonga II
In this class we will look at intermediate ideas to express the rhythm of milonga.
